These terms apply to the purchase of digital and physical products offered by:

Parties
The seller is My Resilience Journey / Resilience Studio, and the buyer is the person completing a purchase through this website.
Payment
Payment is made via Vipps, card payment, or other approved payment solutions. All prices are in NOK and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery
Digital products are delivered immediately via email or customer account. Physical products are shipped within 7-10 business days unless otherwise stated.
Right of withdrawal and return
For digital products, the right of withdrawal does not apply once access has been granted (cf. §22 n of the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act).
For physical products, you have a 14-day return right. Return shipping is covered by the buyer.
Addendum for Physical Products Delivered via Gelato
Some of our physical products (such as posters, apparel and accessories) are produced and delivered by the third-party provider Gelato (www.gelato.com), which uses a global print-on-demand network.
Production and Delivery:
Products are made on demand and shipped directly from the nearest available printing facility. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days depending on location. Please allow extra time for customs, production or shipping delays.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal:
As these products are made-to-order, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is faulty or damaged. Right of withdrawal is limited due to the custom nature of the product.
Complaints:
If you receive a defective, incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund in collaboration with Gelato.
Complaints
If you experience faults or issues, please notify us as soon as possible. Complaints are handled in accordance with Norwegian consumer laws.
Dispute resolution
In case of disagreement, we aim for a mutual solution. If this is not possible, the case can be brought to the Norwegian Consumer Council or court. Oslo District Court is the legal venue.
Service-specific terms
Courses: Purchases are binding unless otherwise specified. Materials are for personal use only.
Memberships: Recurring payments. Must be cancelled in writing at least 7 days before renewal.
Tickets: Non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
